Variable Switching Regulator

A simple development board designed around an LT switching regulator. However, the ISet input was driven by a FET allowing variable output voltage. This works by using the characteristic resistance of a FET and an opamp to create a uA current sink.

This was then used in conjunction with a linear regulator to creating a tracking regulator. This results in an efficient variable regulator with very low high frequency noise.
