I travelled to China over 3 times, twice alone, to setup and commission a smart meter factory line. This line was capable of manufacturing over 200,000 units per year.
The line included pick and place, reflow, wave solder, hand soldering, assembly, ultra-sonic welding, calibration rigs, functional testers, RF testing rig, packing stations and more.
