When machining a front / rear panel for enclosures it is a lot faster if the machinist uses a rig. This is because the offsets will be known and the rig will align using parallels built on top of the mills table.
This rig was designed by myself and manufactured by our mechanical workshop to 0.01mm accuracy using my 2D drawings. It is used on our Boxford CNC Router for routing Aluminium front panels of all sizes. Making for a quick and easy setup.
